Dear Komen Friend

T-shirt designAlways wanted to influence fashion? Here's your chance to Impact the wardrobe of 1.5 million people! Between now and Nov. 8, you can select one of three designs for the 2010 Race for the Cure. Tarrant County's Race is one of the earliest, so not only will you get a voice in choosing the shirt, you'll be one of the first who gets to sport the new design! And remember, 75 percent of the money raised by the $5 donation for the vote comes to us and stays right here in Tarrant County.
See the three shirt designs.

 Komen Tarrant County Logo 200

On Friday, Oct. 2 Keller Central High and Keller High Schools turned a cross-town rivarly into a fabulous fundraiser with their second annual breast cancer awareness football game. The schools worked for weeks in advance of the game, selling T-shirts and other items to raise money.

Keller Check Presentation 2009The stadium was blanketed in pink! They've already raised $20,000 (wow!), and they're continuing to take donations through the end of October.

It's donors like these that are Komen's greatest asset. Thank you so much to each and everyone of our donors for their generosity and work.

We especially thank the following for donations made in the month of September.
